University of California, Riverside Chooses Intelliworks

School to Use Software-as-a-Service CRM Solution to Enhance Undergraduate

Recruitment Efforts and Manage Enrollment Growth

 

 

Rockville, MD—November 10, 2008Intelliworks, Inc., a leading provider of relationship management and marketing software for higher education, today announced that the University of California, Riverside (UCR) chose the Intelliworks relationship management platform to organize their contacts, execute marketing campaigns and coordinate events.

 

UCR is one of ten colleges in the University of California system.  Located in the foothills of Box Springs Mountain, 50 miles east of Los Angeles, UCR is the only public research university in Inland Southern California.  The undergraduate school is rapidly expanding and currently has about 18,000 students enrolled in 80 bachelor’s degree programs.

 

Intelliworks offers Web-based relationship management solutions built specifically for higher education.  More than 120 institutions currently leverage Intelliworks to improve enrollment management, constituent outreach, marketing and admissions operations.

UCR plans to eventually integrate the Intelliworks platform with their student portal.  “Linking Intelliworks to our student portal would, for the first time, allow us to track the student lifecycle from the initial prospect stage through to enrollment,” added Engelschall.
