This position will be part of a thriving software support and services team responsible for all client implementations, communications and overall client satisfaction. Primary responsibility is delivering quality technical solutions in a SaaS framework to current clients. Expectations include managing the day-to-day progress of issues, troubleshooting resolutions, communicating to clients, and ensuring that quality of deliverables are met or exceeded. You will also act as primary customer relationship manager during project implementations by serving as customer’s main point of contact from inception to completion of project.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and nurture all assigned client accounts from inception to deployment by executing on support process, successful delivery plans and client satisfaction requirements.
Be a key part of building the client support team within Intelliworks; monitoring performance, managing client expectations, while transforming and delivering an exemplary user experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Work closely with Product Management, Product Development and the Solutions Consulting teams to ensure that client issues are being addressed properly and within the overall client success quality framework.
Fulfill the Account Management responsibilities as part of Client Success organizational charter. This includes establishing client relationships, providing status updates and supporting the renewal process.
Manage client engagements by assisting in solidifying the project management methodology and adhering to those practices. These include defining services opportunities and then creating, managing and executing on these engagements.
Responsible for managing client expectations specifically related to product concerns and issues. Must be able to quickly respond to client issues and provide helpful insight into the bug tracking and enhancement processes.
Expectation is that this Client Support analyst will become a product expert, a solutions consultant and an overall key part of the Intelliworks Client Success Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical or project management experience in a fast moving, technology driven environment. Experience managing project plans, diverse project teams and demanding clients.
- Have strong communication skills over a variety of disciplines including writing, training, public speaking, computer skills, etc.
- Must be able to quickly understand our technology and use that knowledge to provide training, respond to client inquiries, etc.
- A solid understanding of technology and how a client can leverage technology to solve business problems. Must be comfortable with basic software applications (Excel, Word, MS Project, Powerpoint, etc.) - Prior experience in higher education and/or customer relationship management applications is a plus
EDUCATION:
- Must have Undergraduate or above degree.

SOLUTIONS ENGINEERSales Evaluation Activities
- Deliver high quality product demonstrations product demonstration to Higher Education decision makers, customers, stakeholders and conference attendees.
- Work with engineering and third parties to become an expert in Intelliworks products, including their architecture, functionality, and deployment methodologies.
Engage in strategic conversations with customer and prospective clients around the above mentioned topics and provide market feedback to:
1)Help establish demonstration environment with high quality content developed and customized to specific target markets within Higher Education.
2) Help organize all product demonstrations, presentations and general documentation in an effective way within the Intelliworks intranet.
3)Work with regional account executives to develop solutions and document in proposals.
4)Work as a key liaison between the clients, the sales force, and the product management in an effort to filter feedback from the market around Intelliworks products and offerings.
5)Help facilitate RFP responses and assist in the creation of an ongoing RFP repository.
6)Provide rapid, accurate responses to questions from sales staff in the field.
7)Participate in API service scope discussion with potential and current customers.
Training and Certification
- Collaborate with IW customer support to build strategic use of Intelliworks Work with the sales team in the areas of product training and demo certification.
- Solution Wiki to support the Sales process.
- Assist in marketing and campaign management acting as in liaison from sales to the campaign managing team, and assist in training marketing team on the Intelliworks Solution.
- Support all employee Intelliworks Solution knowledge through various learning initiatives.
- Assist in on or off site client training with the Intelliworks Client Success Team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Sales Operations
- Help create reporting tools and templates within the Intelliworks Solution that will serve as productivity tools for sales management.
- Work with the Sales Management in an effort to help define sales process and workflow within the Intelliworks Solution Sales Automation tool.
- Work with sales-marketing teams to develop case studies, white papers, and sales ppt presentation content.
- Work with sales management to create and analyze sales activity on a weekly basis.
- Develop ongoing strategy for data integrity within Sales-Intelliworks Solution to ensure accurate and up to date data.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or advanced degree
3 - 5 years of pre-sales support experience, preferably in enterprise CRM environment
Recent experience working at a software or CRM System firm is desirable
Understanding of software design and architecture, including databases (Oracle and MS SQL Server), application servers, and Java.
Understanding of web technology (Tomcat, Apache, IIS are desirable)
In depth understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery and its value
Proven ability to craft a solution and develop proposals and RFP responses with appropriate products and services based on client discussions
Proven ability to engage at the executive-level
Must be able to travel 25% of the time.
Earning Potential: 90 to 125k depending on qualifications and experience
